I basically had to force myself to do this because I really have a stubborn art block, but it was really pretty fun once I got into it. I noticed the style is kind of like Doublenecked Jimmy, except the head is freakishly big and more detailed in this one.
For anyone who doesn't know: John Paul Jones played bass, keyboards/organ, and mandolin in Led Zeppelin. I'm pretty sure he played more instruments (weird ones that I probably don't really know the name of or something) but those three he played mostly I think. And if you think Jimmy's doubleneck guitar was impressive, check out JPJ's TRIPLE NECK freakish guitar-like instrument! I know you can't right now because I don't have a picture of it or anything, but he did have one, wait a second... [link] |
